Refund policy

All items that leave our facility are 100% Inspected to ensure that no defects exist prior to shipping.

Items can be returned, in most cases, within 7 days of receipt of shipment if they are proven to be defective.  Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

​Items returned due to defects will be replaced with the identical item or an item within that product family of equal or less value.
